This is a part of the NI Session Guitarist Strummed Acoustic 2 (Kontakt) instrument. It has three parts: -Unison part: four string guitar. There is an example played in the demo track to see how it sounds. -Bass note: one string with an "A" note, which you can use to play bass notes on the upper strings. The mentioned example in the demo track shows how this part sounds like in real life (you can also hear it when playing through headphones). -High note: two string guitar with a "D" and an "E" note, which you can use to play high notes on the lower strings and create chords between them. The mentioned example in the demo track shows how this part sounds like in real life (you can also hear it when playing through headphones). All three parts are monophonic. They can be played together always (except for unison part). For example, you can use bass note to play bass notes on the upper strings and high note to play high notes on the lower strings at the same time. But, of course, it's up to you to combine them together. It's worth noting that playing with high note has an important feature: you can play polyphonic lower strings with it. They sound as a chord. There is no limit on the number of notes you can play with it. There are two types of upper strings: primary and secondary. Primary upper strings have a high note and secondary upper strings have a low note. Both upper strings have different E, A and D sounds for each note. Bass note has an additional "A" sound for both primary and secondary levels, which can be used to play bass notes on the upper strings as well as an additional "low-D" to play low notes on the lower ones (this feature was added specifically for this instrument). It's worth noting that this instrument contains a "special" version of the unison part. It has two voices (you can hear it when playing through headphones), which gives it an almost chorus effect. There are also two modes of this part: "vibrato" and "no vibrato". So, you can choose to play it or not (it might be useful, for example, when playing loud notes). There are 4 velocity layers for each part (except unison) and 2 round-robin samples for each layer. There are 14 round-robin samples for each part. There is no default attack velocity, so you have to set it by yourself. I've made this instrument as a gift for those who like acoustic guitar. I hope you'll like it and it will enhance your playing experience.
